Poly Beek India Pvt. Ltd. set up as an EOU Unit in 2002, started as an Indo-German Joint Venture Company, with  the foreign partners providing the technology and machinery. In the year, 2008, the foreign partners entire stake was absorbed by the Indian Partners  and  today Poly Beek India Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% Indian Entity.  Poly Beek India manufacturers high quality lined Modular Steel Water Tanks under the brand Joemillars for the use in Industry, Projects, Infrastructure & Housing. Uses Range from Storage of Raw Water to Treated Water in ETP, STP, WTP and also Storage of Acids, Alkalies and Chemicals purposes using the latest available membrane technology.  Joemillars tank range in sizes from 50,000 Litres to 2,500,000 Litres.  All the components are fabricated in our own factory, providing us complete control quality of each tank we manufacture & install.

Tank Body

The Main Tank body is made from Zincalume metal sheets, lasting up to 4 times longer than Galvanized Steel due to its Superior corrosion resistant property. The coating contains both Zinc & Aluminium   providing Sacrificial and Barrier Protection to Steel. Zincalume Steel has a coating of 55% of Zinc (Zn) , 42.5% Aluminium (Al)  & 2.5% Silicon (Si), where Si is metal bonding agent.

Storage Tanks for Potable Water are installed with a reinforced Multi-layer Food grade PVC Liner i.e. the same quality that goes in a blood bag or a urine bag, you see in a hospital.

Wall panels are pre-curved to create the exact diameter for each tank size. Hoop strength is achieved by increasing the panel thickness, which is determined by the height to the diameter ratio.  The wall panels are vertically joined using hot dipped galvanized high tensile bolts. A external bolt cover strip o prevents unwanted tampering with the bolt connections.

Our tank designs can be modified to suit high wind load conditions including cyclonic wind conditions, in  coastal areas. They can also be modified to meet Seismic Zone requirements. These are all governed by AWWA D-103 Standard. Should either of these apply in a tank location it can be  incorporated at the design stage.

Dome Roof

Tanks are available with three choices of dome roofs namely Standard, Heavy Duty and Cyclonic design. Each of these is designed as per climatic conditions and consists of roof sheeting material (Zincalume Steel Sheet) installed on a hot dipped galvanized truss section. No roof supporting steelwork intrudes into the Liquid stored below.  The maximum overflow level maintains the required free board & Liquid level.

Potable water tank liners are typically 0.75 mm thick (non reinforced) & 0.50 mm (reinforced) PVC materials made especially for harsh climate conditions. It is tougher than any other material in the market: It will still stretch but is not prone to shrinking as all soft compounds ones are; it is harder to puncture. The PVC weld is the strongest part of our water tank liner, unlike woven materials and HDPE/LDPE.

Depending on the tank capacity, we offer a choice of Standard non reinforced Liner and heavy duty Reinforced liners consisting of a homogeneous impervious membrane with an internal woven scrim. The scrim strengthens the liner so that it does not stretch under pressure.

Tanks Sizes

Commercial Tanks are available in a variety of standard sizes or can be custom designed to meet specific customer or project requirements. The standards ranges of commercial tanks are available up to 9.63 mtrs height. All the PolyBeek Water Tanks are designed and manufactured to AWWA (American Water Works Association) Standards D-103, which in turn makes the range suitable for firefighting applications. Each design can be underwritten on request at an additional cost by certified engineer.

Joemillars Tanks are widely used for applications like raw water/effluent water/waste water/sea-water, alkaline/acidic chemicals/ethanol/solvents and for most of other liquids having different densities.  These tanks have a substantially enhanced service life with a low maintenance is aesthetically appealing and also price competitive, when compared to traditional RCC tanks or MS Fabricated tanks

Flexible Drop in Membrane Liners: Polybeek offers All Liners meet IS-15909: 2009 Standards approved flexible membrane liner systems for tank, clear wells, water vaults, chlorine, aluminium sulfate and waste water tanks. Liner systems are fabricated in our factory using thermowelding and other techniques. This process lets all seams have the same flexibility and strength as the sheet of material itself.

We provide Liners including for Refurbishing Leaking Tanks.

• PolyBeek internal Liners are mechanically held and become the primary containment with the tank becoming the secondary containment.
• Drop-in liners provide a quick, cost effective solution for leaking steel and concrete tanks that are used for containment of anodizing, chrome plating, galvanizing and other metal cleaning and treatment solutions.
• Structurally supported by tank walls, flexible non-metallic, heavy duty  liners are proven remedy for leaking tanks and secondary containment areas.

These liners can also be used for protection of structure of the tank(Underground & Overhead both) from corrosive material or as a refurbishment of a tank where leakage is an issue.

Membrane for Water Proofing for underground structures & Building Roofs: For protection   of Basements/Building Foundations from Ground water and/or moisture, from Rain water & Seepage

Usage of PVC Apron in a Seismic zone provides additional safety to the structure in case of Seismic movement. It also provides complete safety from any breach to the structure due to rise in ground water table.

Concrete Protection Liners (for protection against water/ chemicals): Concrete Protection Liners are pre-fabricated in our factory into one piece units or sections of units to be installed on location
using field seaming techniques.

Liners are attached mechanically around the perimeter using batten strips and anchors. This procedure prevents 75% of normal preparation time need for applied coatings and has no harmful chemicals; unlike applied coatings our mechanically held floor coverings are independent of the surface. This means that cracking or movement will not breach the integrity of the flexible liner.

PVC can handle an elongation of 300% & Conforms to sub grade very well.
